Description
Up for auction is a rare original mono pressing of the Kenny Clarke / Francy Boland 'The Golden Eight' LP on Blue Note Records BLP-4092. Other musicians include Dusko Gojkovic, Raymond Droz, Chris Kellens, Derek Humble, Karl Drevo, and Jimmy Woode.
Record info:
Strong VG+, close to NM with minor surface noise. It plays great!
Cover info:
Excellent condition with solid seams. The bottom lefthand corner has some creasing as well as a crease along the top seam. The back cover has a 'Review Copy' promo stamp. It comes with the original Blue Note Records inner sleeve.
Label / Pressing info:
New York USA label press with RVG initials and Ear logo on both sides in the dead wax area.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
