NOTES: 1973 promo only rarity. Strange release as record starts off with a couple duds (piano instro and hoedown), but then takes a drastic shift toward solid soft rock SSW like 1971 era Elton John. A couple tracks even rock out. Guests include Edwin Hawkins Singers and Jerry Miller guitar (I believe this is Moby Grape guy). Bottom seam has small center partial split (less than 2 inches). GRADES: SEALED, NM, EXC, VG+, VG, VG-, G, FAIR, POOR.
I grade strictly under bright light. My highest grade for an unsealed record is NM (NEAR MINT) - a record must look like new to be graded NM! An EXC record will show only slight signs of prior play. A VG+ is a solid used record that should play well but has minor visual flaws. A VG has more obvious flaws BUT is not trashed. Records graded VG- or worse will often play much better than they look.
