Unusual appearance by Eric Dolphy who was under contract to FM Records
April 1965 Pressing: Has all characteristics of a very early pressing
NYC address, Plastilyte, RVG stamped in Dead Wax; DEEP GROOVE ON LABEL.
Cover has Blue Note NYC Address, Printed in USA and is not laminated
Side 1: GOOD/GOOD+ A lot of scratches in first two bands that will sound, but the sound is very strong and scratches cause a lot of background noise.
SIDE 2: very good. Lots of finger marks in band 1, a visible scratch in band 3. This should make the sound have a lot of background noise. This can be reduced with a very thorough cleaning..
Original “26 Years Blue Note” Record Sleeve in Good+ shape. A split in the bottom.
Cover Good+ a Lot of wear on the opening side with small parts of the cover photo missing. Extensive flaking on top and bottom.
