Kenny Lynch-Movin Away / Could I Count On You.

Released in 1967. Cat HMV POP 1604. HMV demo, classic green and white label.

This single has been a wanted Northern Soul classic for many years. 

One of the Northern soul rarities that smoothed its way around Ballrooms and Wigan Casino to become a sought after classic.

This record is in excellent condition and I have played this through a quad amp with kef reference series speakers. Awesome rich and full with orchestration by Jonnie Spence. Possibly the first time the A side has been played as I cannot disern any spindle marks on the label.  Ever so slight  smudging  to wording on A side label as shown . Slight spindle mark on b side label possibly played once besides test!

Cover is the HMV "Miners Make UP" promotion cover , showing their enterprising thinking for the company even then. 

Cover has age related folds and ring marks and one small tear in the front and very small faint 2/5 on outer edge.

Not been cleaned ,as found in mother in laws drawers. " That sounded better in my head than written down ,shudder!"

Very massive beat ballad dancer.
