A collaboration between custom knifemaker, Rick Hinderer, and Kershaw knives, the 3920 Shield folding pocket knife is a sleek, compact design perfect for EDC. The Shield uses a 8Cr13Mov steel tanto blade to offer users outstanding edge holding capacity, strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. Titanium carbo-nitride coating and a two-toned stonewashed and satin finish give the knife a discreet, roughened, tough look while hiding fingerprints, dirt or scratches. For a secure and comfortable grip, the all-stainless-steel handles provide deep finger contours and a smooth look. The knife opens with a flipper or thumbstuds and moves out of the handle with SpeedSafe technology. A signature Hinderer design, a lockbar insert and stabilization within frame lock firmly secures the blade. The four-position pocketclip enables all users to tip-up or tip-down carry comfortably in pockets.
