Description
Kevin Ayers, 1969 1st pressing of Joy of a Toy on the Harvest label. Cat # SHVL 763, Matrix info SHVL763 A-1 & B-1.Vinyl has some light surface marks, nothing serious or dire, the disc plays well with a nice rich tone, just a little surface noise and a few little clicks, mostly only noticeable between tracks, and lead ins / outs. The labels are in nice condition, with no EMI boxes. The sleeve which is by E.J.Day & Co has spent all of its life in a plastic outer cover, and is probably graded excellent-VG, there are a couple of small mild creases near the spine on the front, a very small amount of minor edgewear, and a tiny bit of wear on a couple of the corners, the colours are bright and fresh, and the sleeve has a good high gloss, the spine is strong & square with clearly legible text. The inner sleeve is the original EMI/Harvest company advertising polylined one, and is in very good condition.
