I have NOT deep cleaned the Lp so is described as follows

visual- few  light  hairlines around 6 o clock . couple light marks 
sound - Light background may include a light tic. occasional light crackle. great sound overall

Would probably benefit a professional  deep clean  -  I cannot guarantee any improvement to sound quality
