Condition:
- Book: Cover has some wear along the edges and corners. Crease at corners. Back has crease from record. Also has a stain and surface wear. The front cover has "10$" written in ink near top. First page has some black dirt. Pages 2, 3, 14 & 15 has been colored very nicely.
- Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VG+VG+ (Both sides have a bit of light staining)
