Description

King Crimson - In The Court of The Crimson King First Press A2/B2 Rough Label. Condition is Used. Dispatched with eBay delivery – Packlink 1 day.


Very first pressing of this classic. A2/B2 matrix with the rough uncoated labels

The disc has light hairlines and a couple of more noticeable stylus lines under angled light, visual grading is VG+. I will listen to this and report back

Sleeve is VG+. Have a good look at the photos, it is a nice example with some edge wear. It has faired a lot better than most you’ll see. Spine is readable

Labels are uncoated and are a bit worn and discoloured but fully readable

I believe it has the original inner. The poly lining has come loose but still doing its job


A decent copy of this rare album. Not many of the A2/B2 copies come up for sale


Will be posted fully insured, if it sells first time round I’ll waive the postage

I've listened through this LP Please read the following:

Their is slight lateral movement when playing

Side 1 Playback is VG to VG++; some light background and the odd light click grading each track: 1-VG++; 2-VG; 3-VG+

Side 2 Moonchild has background throughout; nothing loud but due to the nature of the music it is obvious 

The court of the crimson king has light background clicks in quieter moments, not constant and does settle down; nothing in the second verse, very slight bits during flute solo

Overall this is a good listen, though Moonchild does let it down somewhat. I think a professional clean would improve the sound quality
