King Crimson - In The Court of... UK 1st vinyl LP A2/B2 NM/VG+ Rough labels
cat: ILPS 9111 matrix: A2 / B2 One of the earliest possible matrices, very early and rare press variant.
Vinyl is beautifully glossy, really clean with no marks, grades as NM. It will also be ultrasonically cleaned before posting. Both pink island labels are really clean, they grade as EX+ with no writing, stickers and very few spindle marks, they are rough or textured, another indicator of a really early press copy. There is a smooth strip around the edge of the labels with Island records text (see pics)
The original gatefold sleeve is also strong, it grades as VG+ due to light rubs on two corners (see pics). It has a nice clean spine, no writing or tears and has the EJ Day printer credit on the inside. The original poly lined inner is VG+.
Good luck bidding.
