Vinyl condition is EX.  Visually the vinyl looks clean and shiny, visual grade excellent.   I have listened to the entire LP on my Rega P6 and I thought the audio playback was also excellent. Grading vinyl as Excellent
The sleeve condition is VG+.  Single Sleeve.  Some edge wear and small stain on rear    See Pics.
