Description

King Crimson - Red ( 1974 Island Pink Rim Palm Tree very first pressing UK ILPS9308 ). Very first pressing of their intense metal masterpiece . " promotional copy-not for sale " record reviewers copy. Fully laminated sleeve is in nice shape. Slight ringwear , and slight blistering at opening edge. Nice clean non frayed opening edge. Tiny spine creases. Still a strong EXCELLENT. original pale blue " Island " inner sleeve present. EX. iconic labels show very little signs of use. EX. Heavy gauge vinyl is absolutely gorgeous. Lies flat and true on the platter. Beautiful gleaming playing surfaces . Very hard to fault . Only the tiniest traces of sleeve removal only seen under direct spotlight. Wonderful audio , full dynamic frequency range sound that you only get with the original . Top top copy. Belonged to a record reviewer. I reckon it's only been played two or three times for review purposes and then filed away for 39 years !!......they don't come along like this too often ..... grab it !!...... EX PLUS .
