Kinks Face to Face RARE MONO 1st UK Press Vinyl LP 1966 in G+/VG conditions. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class, FREE postage for UK buyers (not including Channel Islands).
This album has been part of a friend of mine private record collection since was first released in 1966. Sleeve is fully laminated at the front and presents some creases to the edges and some tiny portions of the cover peeled away (shown in pictures), I would think probably due to its 54 years of age (nearly 55 to be precise!), that said sleeve is solidly in one piece which is a rarity for sleeves that are over 50 years old! Spine is fully legible and back cover shows some age marks and staining. All in all I would grade this as VG conditions but due to the niggle at the front, I think it would be fair to conservatively grade it as G+.
Vinyl is in really lovely conditions, with clean labels, some extremely light and superficial hairlines (shown in pictures) and a bit of groove wear caused by inserting and taking out the record from its inner sleeve for over half century. I recently cleaned it, listened to it and playback was really enjoyable with majority of the record playing as VG and some parts as G+ in which low crackle can be heard in between tracks but absolutely no skips, jumps, clicks or pops. In my personal opinion, this can be graded as VG throughout but to be absolutely transparent I thought it was fair to comment on the playback slight differences.

This specific MONO 1st UK press is considered amongst record collectors to be a highly collectable copy and in general an extreme rare copy to own. There are not many copies of this pressing around!
I will clean the vinyl once more after the sale so that the new owner can enjoy an even better sound quality.
