As Far as I Know, There's Not Lyrics Sheet Formally on This 1974 Issue.

This Is Promo Issue Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels,

13 Tracks, Stereo.

Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX-EX Minus (No Bottom Split).

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
