Description

Here we have a very rare set - Otto Klemperer conducting the Philharmonia Orchestra on Columbia SAX 2347 and SAX 2348. Both records have a Factory Sample - Not For Sale sticker on the labels.

The black box has a number of imperfections, namely the edges where it lifts up have come away from the top and bottom sides. the front sticker is in fairly good condition but the corners are slightly worn, particularly the bottom right hand corner. Cover grades VG.

The booklet has some rubbing on the spine and has slightly crinkled with age. The brown card spacer is present.

Record 1 is in lovely condition - it barely looks like it has been played. There are a few incredibly minute marks which are barely visible. If this was a rock record it would easily be graded as M-. However, I am aware that classical records have a much higher grading threshold, therefore this grades as Ex-.

Record 2 is exactly the same as Record 1 - Ex-.

I am a record collector myself and make every effort to grade the records I sell as accurately as possible. If anything, I undergrade them. As you will see from my feedback I have been buying and selling records since 2001 and have 100% positive feedback.

Records that sell for under £25 will be sent normal post, above £25 they will be sent recorded delivery. Obviously, depending on where I'm sending the record, postage will vary.
