Kool & The Gang – Light Of Worlds (De-Lite Records – DEP-2014)
Pressing features: 1st Original US Press, 1974, Stereo, Gatefold
Vinyl Record grade: VG+, record is visually stunning — glossy, clean, and has a mirror-like sheen with no visible scratches or scuffs apart from one tiny, mark on each side (see photos). Playback is excellent throughout, with strong, clear audio and minimal surface noise. No skips. However, each side has one small area (approximately 30 seconds in duration) where the mark causes audible pops or clicks. These are noticeable but do not overpower the music and are isolated to that brief section. After that, the record resumes playing flawlessly. Graded VG+ due to this issue; otherwise, it would qualify as Near Mint.
Cover/Jacket grade: G+, Jacket shows heavy signs of wear and aging. Notable ringwear is present on the front and back, with very rough and worn corners. Surface wear and overall roughness throughout. There is handwriting on the front cover ("250" written in pen – see photo). Seams are intact, but the spine is significantly worn and partially degraded. Despite the wear, the jacket remains functional and structurally sound. Graded G+ due to overall cosmetic wear, but no seam splits or massive structural damage so could be graded VG-

Acceptable cover but may have drill hole or cut corner. May have a minor split side (1-3 inches), large sticker, or prominent ring wear. Corners are more rough.

Pervasive imperfections. Obvious wear and tear. Minor to major flaws including sticker rash, major doodles or other distracting writing, major ring wear, soft spine, or major, total split seem.
