Description
Kool and the Gang~Original US LP Good times NM 1972 De-Lite Soul Funk
Kool & The gang
Good times
Original US LP released in 1972 on De-Lite Records. Cat: DEP2012.
Good Times was a bit spotty compared to Music Is the Message, compromising Kool & the Gang's legendary funk instincts for a variety of digressions that don't turn out the way they should. There's much more good than bad though, beginning with the title track, a school's-out jam just in time for summer. "Making Merry Music" is in a similar mold and just as good, while the group leaps into wild, unhinged, horn-driven funk for "Rated X" and "Country Junky."
Tracks : Good times/ Country junky/ Wild is love/ North, east, south, west/ making merry music/ I remember John W. Coltrane/ Rated X/ Father, father. Record is in Near Mint condition. Cover has light ring wear and a few light marks and is in Excellent condition.Payment is accepted by Credit Card or Paypal. Within Australia we prefer Direct deposit transfer.
