As you will see from the photographs, the vinyl itself appears to be in Very Good condition. I've listened once to ensure this is the case.
The sleeve has signs of wear that is commensurate with an LP that is 46 years old. However, according to the category it is fair to describe as Good - "A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear, or other defects will be present." I'd suggest the sleeve is in better condition than that described. More on the sleeve below:
It appears the previous owner bought this second hand (note price regrettably written on sleeve) and likely didn't store in a protective sleeve. Check out the pictures provided, it's still a pleasure to open this gatefold and check out the artwork before placing the vinyl on the turntable. Since I've owned I've placed in an audiophile sleeve to protect from further wear and tear.
Set aside the sleeve, the vinyl is what's important and this is a rare opportunity for collectors to add this rare and desirable LP to their collection.
