Kreator Out Of The Dark ... Into The Light US EP 1988 Promo Cover SEALED.  Gold promo stamp on back cover (the label is highly likely to be the regular label).  No discernible tears in shrink.  Price sticker on front shrink.  Two of the corners are mint.  One corner has some creasing.  One corner has the tip bent.  The opening end of the cover is slightly bent towards the back as if the shrink wrap was too tight.  I would rate the cover VG+ even though it is sealed.
