Very rare  grunge  / punk record
Vinyl - In excellent condition, has hardly been played, plays pretty much perfectly from start to finish
Labels - Near Mint
LP Cover - Excellent, perfectly in tact. Signs of shelf wear along the edges. 
Inner Sleeve - There is a split in one seam(about 1 inch, hardly noticeable) apart from that is almost as good as new
