DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Superb!...no sign of use..edges and corners lovely and sharp...laminate nice and tight...rear lovely and clean...spine lettering nice and clear: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: Beautiful...looks unplayed and has that lovely 'unplayed' sheen: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
