Coveted garage psychedelic-funk monster from yet-another mutation of Quebec garage-psych gods Les Sinners.

This, their rare final recording, was released only as single (the song did not appear on either of the band's 2 albums).....now extremely difficult to find (especially in anything better than VG condition), "Y'Mouille à Sciaux" (English: "It's Raining Buckets") is now highly sought after by DJs across the planet for it's killer mod funky vibes (Listen:  HERE).

The little-known non-album B-side (English: "The Girl With the Golden Eyes") is a cool soft-psych ballad.

Lead singer François Guy quit the Sinners in 1968, moving on to form La Révolution Française with fellow Sinners guitarist Jean-Guy Cossette, bassist Georges Marchant, and drummer Louis Parizeau, and together they recorded the coveted album "C-Cool" and released two supporting singles.

Spltting up after the album, François Guy put together version 2 of La Revolution Francaise in 1969....this time with guitarist Angelo Finaldi and ex-Mersey's drummer Richard Tate....recording and releasing 3 final singles.   Their first ("Quebecois"....*see our other listing ) and their last ("Y'Mouille A Sciaux") were both released on Tony Roman's independant label Revolution (distributed by Capitol Records).
