A quite extraordinary and unique album from Lal And Mike Waterson with a truly psychedelic feel to it.I don't much like the terminology used to describe some genres of folk but maybe "Acid Folk" best describes this particular item.It is certainly quite dark and forboding at times and in no way can it be described as traditional.All the songs are their own compositions and they are supported by some of the finest musicians in the British folk music scene including Tim Hart,Maddy Prior,Richard Thompson,Ashley Hutchings,Dave Mattacks and Martin Carthy.The vinyl is in near mint condition with just a couple of very light surface marks to the B side and apart from a little dust crackle at the beginning of side B plays perfectly throughout.Black and white Trailer labels [I think this may be a second issue] both in mint condition with no visible play marks around the spindle hole.Graded as EX+.Gatefold sleeve in excellent condition with no splits or tears.Tiny bit of rubbing on to the bottom of the back.Graded as EX.A most unusual album and highly recommended.

RETURNS:  We always endeavour to describe all items honestly and accurately.However if you ever feel that an item does not match the description,please do not hesitate to contact us for a full refund including cost of return postage.We would ask that you advise us of any problem by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the item.
