Vinyl is VG+ - minor scuffs, tested and played through perfectly with no noise.
sleeve is VG- good amount of shelf/ring wear, slight bottom & top split as can be seen in the pictures Comes with Poly bag and new white inner sleeve.
This is an original cast recording of the Land of Oz musical from the Land of Oz theme park in Beech Mountain, North Carolina... apparently still opened from time to time. This is obviously a rare collectible for any Wizard of Oz fans.
