My little find of original copies of this LP is dwindling...one of the best USA private press folk psych LPs, despite a couple of weak tracks the rest of the LP is pure magic of the most heartfelt kind. Everyone who got this LP from me in the past who is into this homemade folk haunting sound has loved the thing. Tracks like "The Child In Us", "Rain In The Air", "Shadow Of The Hawk", "Hills Of Timothy" etc. are coloured by sparse but evocative guitars, organ, cello, flute, percussion with some of the most earthy yet cosmic male/female vocal weavings on any USA private LP of the era. LP is titled "Eat The Day" with subtitle "The Alien Nation" and is unplayed M/M copy (they were never sealed) that I got from the band way back when & realized I still had some stored away since the '80s...one note, even though the disc is unplayed there is a passing minor bit of surface noise in a few odd spots...they all are like that & it doesn't detract from the beauty of the music. Cover is also a terrific mysterious looking design. Wonderful LP for those into this bag!
