LARRY YOUNG  -  "INTO SOMETHIN'"  -  Original FIRST PRESS stereo LP record released in the U.S. in 1966 by Blue Note (ST-84187).  NEW YORK USA label, with "VAN GELDER" machine-stamped into both sides of the dead wax.

Condition of the Record is super-glossy VERY GOOD++ / nice and clean with only a few superficial inner-sleeve marks, some barely visible surface flecks per side caused by tight storage, and three evident surface scuffs on Side One (about an inch long apiece) which are completely harmless & DO NOT AFFECT PLAY.  Aside from these few minor flaws, the record is in top condition with ultra-shiny surfaces, and looks to have been very well cared for.  This Record has been cleaned on a VPI machine and plays Near Mint.  Blue & white labels w/ NEW YORK USA address are free from handwriting or stickers, and show only a few barely visible spindle trails per side. "VAN GELDER" is machine-stamped into the dead wax on both sides. Includes original "27 Years of Blue Note 1939-1966 " inner sleeve, which is in nice condition with no full splits, but creases on all corners, light yellowing, and some mild discoloration on one side.

Condition of the Cover is NEAR MINT / still wrapped in the original plastic with only a hint of corner wear at the bottom right... otherwise, looks like brand new! Nearly pristine! The original price tag is affixed to the exterior of the wrapper.
