Condition:
Vinyl + Cover: Brand New and never played. You will receive it in exactly the same condition as when i first bought it in 2007 - please take note.
Most sellers won't tell you but I prefer to be honest: There is a small / tiny split seam for the inner sleeve and possibly 2 to 3 faint marks on the cover (that is exactly the condition we bought it from Virgin Megastore)
Overall i would rate the Vinyl and Cover as 9 out of 10. Simply Lovely + stunning!

About the signatures:
*I bought this very, very rare Debut LP on the very 1st day of release in 2007 from Virgin Megastore Glasgow. It has been lovingly and very carefully kept upright, in a dry and safe record storage system since. It has never been played, brand New.
** On 25 May 2012 at 5.00pm, I waited in a queue for around 40 mins (see below photos) just to meet, congratulate and obtain the band's signatures during a signing session at HMV Glasgow, Buchanan Street - during the release of their 3rd album. The price i am willing to sell for (ie: the BUY IT NOW price) is an honest reflection of the sheer rarity and scarcity of this 100% genuine autographed 12" Debut LP vinyl.
The price also reflects the price we are willing to let it go for - as this is our PERSONAL and ONLY copy left...please kindly understand.
The autographed Debut LP, Promo AfterParty Postcard & HMV Paper Proof make this collectible set a great future investment.
