LAST RIGHTS chunks 7" Both Sleeves! HC KBD
Good bad music for bad, bad times!
Time to get rid of some of the pearls of my collection. May they find a loving new home!
LAST RIGHTS- chunks, c/w so ends our night 7" (Taang Records, USA, 1984) SUPER RARE ORIGINAL WITH BOTH SLEEVES!
One of the holy grails of late original HC - LAST RIGHTS featured Choke of NEGATIVE FX fame and were a short lived band from Boston. This 7" has 2 songs which stand the test of time like few others: Midtempo growl-along HC of the very best, with a hammering sound.
As you see, this is the ultra rare special edition. It has not only the special sleeve of which only 100 exist, it also comes with the even rare Promo Sleeve, that came with a small portion of the 100! You probably haven't seen this before, it almost never shows up. As you can see, it says "vocalist of Negative FX" on the promo sleeve plus it has a live shot I haven't seen anywhere else. It's printed on the same heavy paper like the regular sleeves. I remember this whole package being refered to as "Boston Edition", although I haven't found anything on the web about it.

900 made, 5 different sleeves: 100 made with Hitler cover, unknown number of the others. Two 10" acetates. Feat. Choke (ex-Negative FX, later in Slapshot). Test pressing with alternate sleeve. Bootleg has a slightly different sleeve; 600 boots made on yellow vinyl, 60 on multicolored vinyl.
2 short tracks that are just mid-paced, but real powerful and intense. (great yelling by Choke). Good Boston stuff. [8].
The whole thing is in flawless condition. Since I don't grade records mint except for sealed copies, I can "only" grade this ex/ex. The vinyl looks like new and plays superb.

Grading Policy: I'm a pretty conservative grader, rather ungrading than overgrading. All items are being graded visually, under a 60w light bulb. If the visual check doesn't seem satisfactory, I will however re-check the disc by playing it with a brand new stylus (Ortofon Nightclub E). I use the following visual grading system, grading cover / vinyl: m (mint) means that the record has not been played and was purchased factory new. This mainly applies to the condition of the vinyl record itself. Covers are only graded mint in case they still are in an unopened shrink or box. ex (excellent) means that the record has been played and the cover has been opened, but is in excellent, nearly flawless condition. vg (very good) means the record has been frequently used and may have smaller marks like scuffs and dust on the vinyl but no skips or serious damage and the cover may have slighter bends, fingerprints, ringwear or small tears (greater defects like tears will be stated individually). g (good) is actually an euphemism and means the record has major defects which will be individually noted.
Please note that what appears to be ringwear on the cover is mostly only visible on the plastic in which I kept my records and is not on the actual cover. All cases of actual ringwear will be stated!
