It is very important that you read this whole item description section.
Just so you know:  I have been in the music business all my life(retired musician -play music for 40+ years) and have recorded many 45's/records but I AM NOT an expert on grading vinyl, but I will describe this item to the best of my ability...PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.   Thank you.
What I have here for you today is probably one of the rarest(my opinion - based on my research) and one of the most killer FUNK 45's from Texas.
************************************************************************************************************************ NOTE:  The last 5 pictures are from other SAME vinyl that have sold in the past, but please view the last picture and read/see what a Northern Soul Collector has to say about this particular 45.
1.)  He(the collector) states that this particular 45 has been sold for $1,000.00...(this statement was made       in the year 2006 - 12 years ago) and 2.)  he also states that there can not be many more of this 45 out there in ANY condition.
************************************************************************************************************************* I personally have to agree with this person, as per my research, I HAVE NOT been able to find other same 45's since he made that statement in 2006, making this 45 EXTREMELY RARE AND SUPER VALUABLE (my opinion).

This record was played one last time(on both sides) in the record player that you see in the pictures to double check on the condition before being packed.
This record has lots and lots of scratches on both sides, but its amazing that both sides play all the way through and they(both sides)sound super fantastic with NO skipping or cracking noises.
Side 1: This side plays and sounds super fantastic.
Side 2: This side plays and sounds super fantastic.
The label as you can see in the pictures is in very nice condition.  The sleeve is all white(not original to this 45).
NOTE: This particular 45 record is very, very hard to find that I don't know if you will see another one for sale anytime soon or ever again.   Like the collector said in 2006(see pic #12): He said, grab it while you can!, there can not be many more out there in any condition.   I DEFINITELY AGREE WITH HIM!  
If you want to know/see what this particular record is all about, what('I TURN YOU ON') is all about, there are TWO exact copies on the internet( just google it and you will find them).  One sold here on ebay on May 17, 2005(13 years ago) for $610.00 and another one sold on February 12, 2006 (the following year) for $349.00.
Again:  Based on my research, I HAVE NOT seen another one go for sale since then, making this vinyl             one of the worlds rarest Funk 45's - one of the worlds rarest TEXAS FUNK 45's(my opinion).
