LAUREL AITKEN - RISE & FALL, 1969 JJ RECORDS, VG+ b/w If You're Not Black You're White, DOCTOR BIRD Please note: In the pictures above the smudge mark appearing at the bottom left of the record is from my scanner, not a mark on the vinyl, and is clearly present in almost all of my listings on-line now. Many apologies, fresh scans available on request.

Top ska collectable from the legendary Laurel Aitken. This rarity also turns up on the Doctor Bird label with the same catalogue number, the only real difference between the two releases is the different wording in the titles (The Rise & Fall of Lauel Aitken/If You're Not Black on Doctor Bird and as below on this release). The tunes are the same, and both versions were released in 1969. The only difference I can find is that this version is far harder to find. A quality addition to any ska collection.

Condition: Side A: VERY GOOD+ Side B: VERY GOOD+
Labels are reasonably clean and tidy with "Tomo" written twice on the A-side. No other writing, stickers or marks. Push out centre fully intact. Comes in plain paper sleeve.
