LAURIE ANDERSON-UNITED STATES LIVE 1984 WARNER BROS. RECORDS BOX SET 5 LP'S 1-25192 IN A SOLID VG(cover)-EXC. VG+ CONDITION. CLEAN VINYL X 5!! Many a critic will tell you that this is one the best performances in the performance art genre and certainly Anderson's shining moment. She mixed musical numbers, spoken word pieces and animated vignettes about life in the US. The surprise hit from the album was the track O Superman. All fans of the avant-garde artist must have this one in their collection, it's an essential!!
The records are all in an easy VG+ condition (there is a very light scuff on album 4, part 3), nice and clean, all play well throughout. The box that contains the records has a loose gate, it simply will not stay shut for long, perhaps you will have better luck. There is also moderate wear along the edges and moderate rubs on the corners. All of the original inner sleeves are intact. An awesome buy!!
