Before I begin to describe the product, I would first like to explain the 1 negative feedback I have. Basically, during the last days of the auction my laptop decided to pack in, meaning I had no access to the internet, and no way of getting the winning bidders address. Contrary to the feedbacks comment I can assure you that I am 100% Genuine, as is my address, my email, and telephone number. The "Customer" recieved a full refund, and I explained this situation with him when I retrieved internet access.
