Description

For The Record...

Le Blanc + Lalancette-Words And Music, Celebration, CEL 1937, 1976.

Rare off-the-radar Canadian-only psych/progressive rock LP from Quebec. English version (a Francophone version was also pressed w/ altered track-listing, not as enjoyable to these ears). Recorded between 1971 and 1976 and released on the collectable Celebration label (John Palmer Shorelines). Come with original lyric insert. Incredible musical discovery.

Side 1: 1) Intro 2) Rest With Him 3) Mr. Gun (part 1) 4) Hory Dory USA 5) Mr. Gun (part II) 6) The Sun Over You 7) Josephin 8) Mumble Song

Side 2: 1) My Head Is In The Clouds 2) Waves 3) Gerda 12a) Here Come's All The Chrome 12b) Willie's Drive In 12c) Silver Boogie 13) I Found A Friend 14) Landscape 15) Magic Queen

Original CDN press.

Listen to a sample from this LP below.

Cover: VG++ (strong, punch-hole, slight patina, bottom left corner ding/minor bend, top seam needs a bit of glue/not split, still very presentable)

Vinyl: M- (clean)
