This copy originally came from a public library as evidenced on the cover (see photos).  The sleeve is quite worn around the edges & is split about 2/3 of the way across the bottom edge.  The record plays very well with an occasional light crackle.  There is a scratch on Side 2 that causes Song 1 to have a click, but does not skip.
