Hi, my name is Brian and I have been collecting vinyl for many years.

I am not and have never been a 'dealer' by profession, but I have always given honest descriptions and lots of clear photo's of any items I have sold. I do know how disappointing it is when you open that package and the item has been over sold with expressions such as "AWESOME" etc when the item is only in EX- condition or worse. IN BOTH OF THE MATRIX NUMBERS THE SECOND NO.8 HAS BEEN SCRATCHED OUT AND THEN RE-SCRATCHED IN...JUST AS THEY SHOULD BE .

SLEEVE.....NON GATEFOLD and LAMINATED. It is in SUPER condition with almost NO wear. It is very flat and square. The colours are very strong and vibrant without fadeing. The bottom edge is MINT. The top edge is al;so MINT. The front is very tidy with NO UNWANTED WRITING, NO STICKER TEARS, NO STICKERS AND NO STAINING, ther is 1 thumb crease(see close up picture) The rear is in the same MINT condition. The opening edges are in lovely MINT condition. The spine shows almost NO signs of age or wear just a couple of tiny lamnate cracks/creases. The very tips of the corners show almost no wear. All in all this is in brilliant condition for a sleeve of this age.N/MINT

LABELS..... This album unusually has a the credit for WARNER BROS at the bottom of the label on side one..BUT side 2 has the very desirable SUPERHYPE MUSIC credit, which can only mean that this was one of the first ever warner bros pressings or one of the very last superhype credited pressings. There is NO unwanted writing, stickers, residue or tears. Both Labels are in N/MINT condition with NO spindle wear.

VINYL....Both sides of this fantastic album still have their JUST PRESSED deep black shine. When you hold this album in the very brightest of lights you can see a few very faint surface hair lines which are very light and caused by removal and replacement in and out of the inner sleeve. On side 1 there is 1 very short scratch just at the start of track 2 which causes 5 clicks as the music begins but stops before the vocals begin, thats it, no other faults apart from some light dust crackles. In normal daylight this album looks PRISTINE. I have played this album on my very sensitive and revealing LINN SONDEK and the sound is UN-WORN, it is full and crisp there is NO loss of sound quality at all, wonderful sound stage and stereo separation. There are dust crackles that can be heard only in the quiet parts of the music or between tracks, but a professional clean could sort out most of that. This really is a great copy, not mint but any collector would be delighted to add to their collection. EX- / EX. SUPERB AUDIO QUALITY.

THERE CAN'T BE VERY MANY COPIES OF THIS ALBUM IN EXISTANCE WITH THIS LABEL COMBINATION.
