2401 002 DELUXE

A5 B5 ( FIRST PRESSING )

Released in 1970, this album is the stunning follow up to their 1969 second release. The album for anyone that has never heard it, is full of great songs all written by Plant & Page. The album is a very first pressing with Peter Grant credited as executive producer, the label was not like this for too long before Peter Grant's name was omitted which makes this very first pressing very sought after by Zeppelin collectors. The album for anyone thinking of bidding is in great playing condition, whoever buys it will not be disappointed as the audio is stunning, The run ins are silent and the album plays through beautifully. with virtually no surface noise, this is one of the cleanest copies of  this classic that you will ever find.

Tracks on this album are IMMIGRANT SONG - FRIENDS - CELEBRATION DAY - SINCE I'VE BEEN LOVING YOU - OUT ON THE TILES - GALLOWS POLE - TANGERINE - THAT'S THE WAY - BRON Y AUR STOMP - HATS OFF TO ( ROY ) HARPER.

The VINYL, The Vinyl visually is excellent to near mint, extremely clean looking, and audibly is in near mint condition. This album has not been played more than a few times and it has been well looked after. I have just listened to this album before writing this description and it plays through as if it was just bought in the shop aside from two very light clicks which may disappear with a professional clean. This is one of the nicest copies of this classic album that you will find

The SLEEVE, The fully laminated gatefold sleeve with rotating wheel printed by E J Day is in excellent condition, the spine is fully legible, showing moderate wear, and it's free from unwanted stickers or nasty writing etc.

The LABELS, The plum & red labels with rarer Peter Grant credits are clean showing the mildest of spindle wear, Needless to say there is no unwanted writing or sticker marks etc.

The INNER, The poly lined inner is quite scruffy, but it is the original inner that came with it when purchased back in 1970 and it is dated 7/70 in the bottom corner.

I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc
