This is the 6 lp box set version of the Led Zeppelin Collection that was released in 1990. The remastering was done by George Marino and overseen by Jimmy Page. This Box is Atlantic 82144-1, has been out of print, and includes 3 previously unreleased tracks. The unreleased tracks are: 1. TRAVELLING RIVERSIDE BLUES;  2. WHITE SUMMER/BLACK MOUNTAIN SIDE; AND 3. MOBY DICK/BONZO'S MONTREUX. Also included is the B side of the 45 Immigrant song: Hey Hey What Can I Do.  54 songs in total and almost 5 hours in length. Also included in the box is a 36 page booklet and a poster.

HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART: THE DESCRIPTION OF CONDITIONS OF THE LPS THEMSELVES.

I bought this box set new, opened it, looked it over, but never played it. It has been sitting on a shelf stored away, and it has a small but annoying defect. There is a bubble, a very small bubble in the vinyl on lp number 3 at the very end of "Stairway To Heaven". The repeating "POP" lasts for about 35-40 seconds. My cartridge tracked it without skipping, but it is there, and it is annoying. There are 2 or 3 very light hairlines in total elsewhere on the other records, and I specifically play graded those areas and heard nothing. There is a little surface noise on a couple lead in grooves but it disappears before the music starts.

These will be carefully cleaned on a VPI 16.5 record cleaner and placed in new rice paper inner sleeves along with the original inner sleeves. There is some wear on the original inner sleeves and seam splits on the sides and bottoms, probably from the records sliding around during transit.

I want to make sure that the prospective bidder(s) know exactly what the conditions are so there are (hopefully) no surprises.
