Super rare and that with OBI strap!!

This is genuine first issue.

This sleeve's cat number is MT-1067, and record's one is SMT-1067 but they are original combination in Japan.

Sleeve is still intact!! Small writings inside and slight wears on spines and all over on cover. VG++

Record has a few very minor spindle marks otherwise excellent condition. EX+

Obi strap has 5mm tear on top, slight creases and small writing on back side.
