On 15-May-10 at 21:28:42 BST, seller added the following information:After further discussions with Ebay and paypal and looking at advise on Ebay forums it seems that the postal systems in Eastern Europe countries are not that reliable and items can either take months to reach their destination or go missing in the system. Regrettably, therefore, I am going to have to say that I am unable to sell to Eastern Europe countries.
