Description
Im down sizing my recored collection over the next week or so and these records are all from my personnal record collection.
For auction here is the very rare and sought after 1973 album Houses of The Holy by Led Zeppelin. This is i believe a 1st pressing as it has the Cat No K50014, Matrix Numbers K50014 A2/B2 with the word STERLING RL on the run offs of both sides, the inner sleeve is printed by MacNeill Press Ltd and it states Superhype Publising/Warner Bros Music 1973 on both sides of the disc label. The outer gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition with just minimal wear at the top and bottom of the book end. The inside is also excellent. The section you place the record in has the word Karl written on it. The inner sleeve/lyric sheet has very minor handling marks. This also has the word Karl written onto it in the top left hand corner of side 2 listing and at the bottom left of the side 1 listing. One of these i think is pencil so would rub out, but ive left it as is. The word Karl is also written on side 1 of the inner label of the 1st side.
I have just given this a spin through on my turn table and it really plays beautifully except for a series of clicks during the 2nd track The Rain Song. Very light surface noise on run ins and run outs, otherwise exceptional quality.
This record comes from a smoke and pet free home and is sold here with no reserve.
