Description
LED ZEPPELIN I 1st U.S. 1969 Atlantic SD 8216 with 1841 Broadway on the labels and no gold sticker on front cover. The inner is the proper version for a 1969 1st pressing. It is difficult to determine a 1st U.S. pressing without the inner, as they are very similar until about 1972-1974 when the Atlantic address was changed. This appears to be a true first pressing.
Presswell Pressing plant information, Longwear Plating masters. Master by Rob Grenell as indicated by the "RG" etched in the dead wax.
VINYL in VG+ with very light hairlines/paper scuffs.
COVER in VG with rubbing/ring wear, edge bump at opening near bottom, 1/2" split starting on top seam at opening, rubbing on bottom seam, rubbing and some chipping on top seam though all are solid. The spine looks good and readable with some rubbing/chipping starting. Corner bumps, the "Stereo" on the spine is partially obscured by te corner wear.
INNER Atlantic inner in VG with splits in the middle of two sides.
