Description
LED ZEPPELIN I Atlantic SD 8216 GO George Piros HOT MIX
Repressing from 1975 with Warner logo on labels and SD 8216 on cover and labels.
Presswell Pressing as indicated by "PR" on labels and in the dead wax
Infamous George Piros cut with "GP/AT" etched on BOTH sides of dead wax.
This is a well regarded pressing of this title, full and loud mastering similar to the Robert Ludwig Led Zeppelin II mastered edition.
VINYL in VG++ with some sporadic light marks, but overall very nice and well cared for. Plays clean, even "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You", the quietest song on the record sounds beautiful with lttle to no background crackle!!
COVER in VG with corner bumps, some chipping on the spine (see photos) an inch from the top of spine and a bit in the middle and toward the bottom (still intact). Top seam split 2" from opening with chipping and near spine and split in very middle of the seam about 2" (see photos). minor ring wear/rubbing on front.
INNER SLEEVE Atlantic promotional sleeve in VG with yellowing/staining, creases.
Matrix Numbers: Although B5 is listed with a shorter duration, it actually plays for about 8:28.
