1st Pressings have "Livin Lovin' Wreck" on label B2.
"Wreck" being later replaced with "Maid".
Inside cover B2 has already 'Maid' replacing 'Wreck' on label.
Note also the phrase on B2, "She's A Woman", later becomes "She's Just A Woman" on subsequent releases.

Further later pressings have A3 title changed as "Killing Floor" credited to "Burnett".

Some scarce contract pressings exist with etch matrixes A B. No numbers after...

The early gatefold unlaminated cover is in light brown color. Later copies have dark brown color.
