Up for auction is the most sought-after version of one of the greatest rock albums ever recorded. This is the original 1969 US First Pressing featuring the legendary "RL" (Robert Ludwig) "Hot Mix" on both sides.

Mastered at Sterling Sound, this version was withdrawn shortly after release because its massive dynamic range and deep bass caused the needles on entry-level record players to jump out of the grooves. This is the uncompressed, "as-intended" sound of Led Zeppelin.
