LED ZEPPELIN Led Zeppelin II Atlantic 588 198 1969 UK 1st pressing with 'LIVIN' LOVIN' WRECK' label - quickly corrected to 'LIVIN' LOVIN MAID' Earliest ever HAND ETCHED A/B matrices with NO numbers following. Quickly reissued with STAMPED A2/B2 matrix. Original light brown EJ Day sleeve with correct 588 198 markings on inner and spine - many are swapped for better sleeves!!

Vinyl: Still nice and glossy, not trashed! A few light surface scratches, nothing at all serious. Decent looking copy! Sleeve: VG+ some light wear to edges and spine. The 'green spine' you find on other LPs is merely fading due to sunlight, there's nothing special about the printing etc. This sleeve has been kept OUT of sunlight and therefore retains its correct BROWN spine! Inner sleeve: EX,  Audio: In general, this plays brilliantly with thunderous bass!!! Fabulous stereo separation and lovely tone overall. Sounds great! Most of the tracks plays as EX+!!! Whole Lotta Love has some light ticks (and very light, not loud and intrusive, but faintly audible nonetheless) for intro and first two verses. Thereafter plays great. What Is And What Should Never Be is superb, barely any background crackle and no ticks. Lemon Song just as good. Thank You is superb also, some light background crackle especially on fade out/fadein/fade out ending. B side plays even better and is easily EX audio, mostly EX+. Heartbreaker and Livin' Lovin' Maid (or should that be 'Wreck'...?!) sound superb. Some light background crackle on quiet sections of Ramble On and Bring It On Home. 
All in all a fantastic GENUINE FIRST PRESS WITH HAND ETCHED A/B MATRIX AND WRECK LABEL ERROR. FIND ANOTHER ONE!!! 
REMEMBER! MOST WRECK ERROR LABELS HAVE THE STAMPED A2/B2 MATRIX.
