Description
Here we have an original pressing of Led Zeppelin II on the plum/orange Atlantic label.The gatefold sleeve has edge/spine wear which partially obscures the titles on the spne.Also there is light ring wear on the back cover.Those who know this album also know that due to the material used to manafacture the cover this type of wear is quite common on this sleeve,however the wear is not super heavy,its reasonably light in most places.The vinyl has one mark that straddles the first three tracks on side two,but it does not affect the playing quality of the record so I believe this is a pressing mark.The other marks on the vinyl are mainly light similar to the feathering type,and apart from the intro to Bring It Home which a couple of light pops and a little background noise in places,the rest of the album plays through nicely with very little noise (even on Thank You).The record has a Headhunters inner which are quite rare.It has a small one inch split in the middle of the left hand edge which I believe is repairable.Otherwise it is in nice condition.The record has A5/B4 matrix numbers.
