All of my records That I'm selling are from my own personel collection that I have collected and cherished for over 40 years and which have been generally kept and looked after to the highest standard.
Vinyl Condition: Mint- (Looks virtually unplayed!) The Vinyl on both playing surfaces look totally Stunning and Flawless - Visually the vinyl sides looks UNPLAYED and are completely free from any suface Scratches/marks or wear/blemishes on appearance and totally UNMARKED on - It's very hard to detect any marks at all on this exceptional near perfect vinyl disc - If im going to be over critical on even closer examination under a strong halogen bulb it revealss nothing more than some insignificant and very few feint wispy light inner sleeve removal mark/scuff traces that absolutely dosen't effect the virtually near perfect audio playback - The vinyl still retains it's original factory pressed look with jet black shiny gloss sheen and lustre - It would be very hard and virtually impossible to find vinyl that will better this one!!! (See Photo's in gallery - sorry they could have been a bit better but had to be taken during a rain storm and poor light)
Please Note: This record has been stored away and not touched or cleaned for most of it's 41 years it would obviously benefit from a proffessional clean before play as to reduce further any light static crackle that is still present
AUDIO PLAYBACK ASSESSMENT: Mint- This Vinyl visually looks like it's never been played and appears to be a Mint looking Copy - On this particular occasion I have played only the 1st track on each side just to assess play grade quality as I don't want to risk or degrade this mint looking copy in anyway more than is really necessary - The Audio playback from just 2 tracks played were 1st class and absolutely SENSATIONAL and Unbelivable for 41 years old - Being uninterrupted with No other bad audible distortion or faults plays crystal clear from start to finish with dynamic STEREO quality and performance with only maybe the very lightest of static to be heard occasionally during the very quieter elements of audio playback if at all - But without any doubt this has to be truely one of the best your likely to ever hear on a turntable or find of this very Rare collectable and in this supreme condition anywhere!!!
Labels Condition: Mint- (Barely Played) Only looks played maybe 2-3 times with very very little evidence showing of spindle usage marks or spider trails on either side of labels - The labels being the Original Atlantic Red & Plum labels which look near mint are just Superb being very clean and virtually unmarked they look near perfect with NO real wear around the spindle hole which still looks basically untouched and when ever it had been played it was done so very carefully that it's very evident as it only shows very very few and feint traces near spindle hole when ever on audio playback!!!
Cover Condition: MINT- An Original 1st press E J Day 'Light Brown' matt gatefold sleeve cover - This superb Cover is just exceptional and an amazing example showing all its original Bold and Vibrant colours like its near on 'Perfect' - That's totally intact with razor sharp straight edges and excellent pointed corners - The cover looks to be virtually Unmarked - Flat crisp and incredibly clean and showing all it's original bold pristine vivid colours across the front and back and inside of gatefold sleeve that look all virtually near Mint (like New) - I'm struggling to find any blemishes worthwhile to mention - If I look very closely and hard there is some mild and very light storage edge scuff wear only along the opening edge and a touch on the pointed corners and that's it! and I do mean light! is not that noticable (this doesn't in anyway detract from the overall exceptional and near mint condition of cover) - I'm Confident to state it's the best one iv'e ever seen by a mile and it would be just about Impossible to improve or better this cover!!!
Spine Condition: MINT- The Matt Spine is incredibily clean intact and virtually perfect as New! - With all written text still showing to be bold clear legible and perfectly worded s if it had just been printed at the factory!!!
Inner Sleeve: EX+ The original white polylined record company sleeve is in immaculate and looks Suberb in an original very clean intact condition and shows no evidence of any real handling wear over it's lifetime - Absolutely NO Tears,Splits,Ink Writting,Stickers or other Blemishes apart from some yellow aging tinges mainly at the top opening edge
The overall Brilliant Pristine condition of this Album is mainly due to the superb dry storage conditions and thick plastic cover protection on this LP Record over it's Lifetime!!!
Thanks for Looking and Happy Bidding!!!
