Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Led Zeppelin III' 1970 PLUM ATLANTIC first press vinyl LP in overall VERY GOOD+ condition.
This particular pressing features the highly collectible FIRST PRESS plum/orange Atlantic label with a working spinning wheel!

Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - quite a few light scratches and marks. None of them are deep or feelable however. Rated as VERY GOOD-/VERY GOOD. Plays a lot better than it looks! Label is VERY GOOD+. Side 2 - same as Side 1!
Audio: AUDIO GRADE TO FOLLOW! I have played the first track of Side 1 and the first track of Side 2 and they both grade EXCELLENT and VERY GOOD+ respectively, with no jumps, sticks or skips so hopefully the rest of the album should play the same...Some background crackle in the quieter passages but a deep clean would help! PLEASE MESSAGE ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN URGENT AUDIO GRADING!
Sleeve: The original 1970 gatefold sleeve is currently in VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT- condition! A lovely clean UK sleeve with original working wheel! The front is clean with some slight age-related discolouration only. The inner gatefold has a lovely gloss and no graffiti, rips or tears! The rear of the sleeve is slightly discoloured but clean with some edgewear. The spine is 100% readable - PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES!! It's a nice clean sleeve with no major problems or damage!
