VINYL (VISUAL)
Thickly pressed quality vinyl with jet black mirror like surfaces. The record does have only a few light surface marks, It looks fantastic
EXCELLENT
VINYL (PLAY GRADED)
The marks do not affect play, apart from the beginning of FRIENDS where it does skip briefly. There is static/crackle in quiet moments when heard on headphones, but this could be down to the record needing a professional clean. Had it not been for the skip it would have been excellent.
VERY GOOD
SLEEVE
First issue fully laminated E J. Day Gatefold sleeve is in superb condition for a record of 40 years old, Only very minor storage wear and a minute curving, with only a miniscule amount of laminate creasing to the edges and to the back. The wheel works perfectly, The sleeve has NO rips, NO tears and absolutely NO graffiti or stickers whatsoever, Very slight border yellowing. The spine is excellent
OVERALL VG+ TO EXCELLENT
POLY-LINED INNER SLEEVE
It is in very good condition, the lining has come away from the paper at the top but this is only minor, it has plastic bags can be dangerous in blue with the all important
(MADE IN ENGLAND) 4913 000 15801 WITH BRITISH PATENT NUMBER 800513 & 973939)
VERY GOOD+

Record Collector Magazine's Grading Guide
MINT:
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks
or deterioration in sound quality.
The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.
Records advertised as sealed or un-played should be mint.
EXCELLENT:
The record shows some signs of having been played,
but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD:
The record has obviously been played many times,
but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,
without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD:
The record has been played so much
that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated,
perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
The cover and contents suffer from folding,
scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR:
The record is still just playable but it has not been cared for properly
and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
