First press matrices A//3 B//4 with the earliest stampers and "DO WHAT THOU WILT" and "SO MOTE IT BE" etched into the deadwax. This has the rotating wheel and the original earliest original sleeve without "Made in Germany" to the back.
'Following the staggering reunion triumph at the O2, which I was lucky enough to be at, with interest in Led Zeppelin greater than ever, with the site for the Ahmettribute.com tribute concert receiving an unbelievable 120 million hits, with 25 million people apparently registering for a Zeppelin ticket, its as good a time as any to invest in an original copy early press of this classic Zep album.
Gatefold sleeve: EX. A great laminated original gatefold sleeve. Mostly you will find this album with replacement german printed sleeves because not enough of the originals were ready for the vinyls. This is an original UK version in great condition. Light laminate ripple to back, hardly noticable. The spinning wheel has come of the centre but this is an easy fix and just needs re-attaching.

This also has the original blue printed inner sleeve which is polylined.
This is a unique investment opportunity!!! The next prog album to go completely through the roof. Finding this album in any condition at all is nearly impossible so late in the day. I have been made aware that there are some inconsistencies in the description. I was working from a template of a Led Zeppelin IV description. Of course there is NO "PORKY" in the runout, Just "Do What ..." and "So Mote it be". The matrices are A//5 B//5 for the first press. The year is of course 1970 and not 1971.
